Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 2026

The use of any service from Cyber Web Service (cyberwebservice.com) constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any of our services.

1. Account Setup & Contact Information

Your account will be activated after payment is received and verified. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address not hosted under the domain being registered or hosted with us. This email will be used for all account communications including invoices, renewal reminders, and support. You must ensure this contact information remains current at all times. Providing false contact details may result in account termination. To update your contact information, send a request from your registered email to support@cyberwebservice.com.

Account Ownership

The individual whose name and contact details are on file at account creation is treated as the account owner. For domain names, ownership is determined by the registrant email address in the domain's WHOIS record.

2. Acceptable Use of Services

All services provided by CyberWebService may only be used for lawful purposes under Indian law. You agree to indemnify and hold CyberWebService harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services. Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is strictly prohibited. If you believe your intellectual property is being infringed upon a site hosted with us, please email support@cyberwebservice.com.

Using a shared hosting account as a backup or storage device is not permitted, except for a single cPanel backup of the same account.

Prohibited Content on Shared & Reseller Servers

The following are not permitted: IRC scripts or bots; proxy scripts or anonymisers; pirated software or warez; AutoSurf/PTC/PPC sites; IP scanners; brute-force scripts; mail bombers or spam scripts; HYIP, Ponzi, or MLM scheme sites; lottery or gambling sites; hacker-focused archives; sites distributing pirated content; Bitcoin miners; and any site broadcasting live sporting events without authorisation. CyberWebService reserves the right to remove or disable any such content with or without notice.

3. Website Transfers

CyberWebService can assist with migrating your website from another hosting provider. As hosting configurations vary, some data may be difficult to migrate. Transfer assistance is available at a nominal charge — please contact our support team for a quote.

4. Third-Party Providers

Some services involve third-party software or providers. All transactions with third parties are solely between you and that provider. CyberWebService is not an agent or representative of any third party, and third-party products are governed by their own license agreements.

5. Backups and Data Loss

CyberWebService provides a backup facility through your hosting control panel. It is your responsibility to maintain independent backups. CyberWebService shall not be held responsible for any data loss, however caused. We strongly recommend taking regular backups of all website files and databases.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

CyberWebService reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict access to any account at any time with or without prior notice. All domain, hosting, web development, and SEO purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Clients found to be abusive toward staff may have their services suspended or terminated without refund.

7a. General Resource Limits

You may not run standalone, unattended server-side processes or daemons on shared servers. Cron jobs may not run at intervals shorter than 15 minutes. Scripts that degrade server performance for other users will be suspended without notice.

7b. Inode Limits

Shared accounts are subject to an inode limit of 250,000 files. Accounts exceeding 100,000 inodes may be removed from our automated backup system, though database backups will continue. Accounts approaching limits will be notified and asked to take corrective action.

7c. Backup Limits

Shared accounts using more than 20 GB of disk space may be excluded from our weekly off-site backup. Database backups will continue. All data remains mirrored to a secondary drive for protection against hardware failure.

8. Bandwidth Usage

Each hosting plan includes a monthly bandwidth allocation. If your account exceeds this allocation, we reserve the right to suspend the account, charge for overages, or require a plan upgrade. Unused bandwidth does not carry over to the following month.

9. Reseller Accounts

Resellers are fully responsible for supporting their own clients. CyberWebService does not provide direct support to reseller end-clients. Resellers are responsible for all content stored and transmitted under their account, and for ensuring their clients comply with these Terms.

10. Dedicated Servers

CyberWebService reserves the right to reset passwords on dedicated servers for security audits if the password on file is outdated. Dedicated servers are not backed up by CyberWebService — clients are solely responsible for their own backups.

11. Price Changes

Service pricing may be revised periodically. CyberWebService reserves the right to update prices and plan resources at any time. Customers will be notified of pricing changes before their next renewal where applicable.

12. Promotional Discounts

Discounts and promotional offers are for new customers only and apply to the initial purchase only. They cannot be applied to domain registrations, renewals, or subsequent purchases. Misuse of discount codes may result in account suspension.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CyberWebService, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from services or products provided through our platform, copyright or trademark infringement, or any illegal content published on your hosted account.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

CyberWebService shall not be held responsible for any business damages arising from use of our services. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes data loss due to service interruptions, delays, or non-delivery.

15. Disclosure to Law Enforcement

CyberWebService will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and may disclose subscriber information upon receipt of a valid legal request under applicable Indian law, without further notice to the subscriber.

16. Disputes

All disputes arising from the use of CyberWebService services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

17. Changes to These Terms

CyberWebService reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
