All domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, and related services are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or renewed, the transaction is final. This is in accordance with ICANN domain registration policies and our registry agreements.
There are no refunds on any web hosting plans including Linux Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Reseller Hosting. Hosting fees are collected in advance and are non-refundable once the account is activated. We recommend contacting our support team before purchase if you have any questions about a plan.
All SEO service fees — including monthly SEO packages, Local SEO, On-page Optimisation, and technical SEO audits — are non-refundable. SEO work involves time, resources, and third-party tools that are committed upon commencement of the project.
Fees for website design, development, upgradation, landing page creation, and related digital services are non-refundable once work has commenced. A detailed scope of work is agreed upon before payment for project-based engagements. Any changes to scope will be handled through a separate written agreement.
In the event of a duplicate payment or accidental overpayment via UPI, GPay, NEFT, IMPS, or any other method, the excess amount will be credited to your account and applied against future invoices. Cash refunds for overpayments are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Cyber Web Service reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of policy violations, abuse, or non-payment. No refunds will be issued for services cancelled due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Customers may request cancellation by contacting our support team. Cancellations do not entitle customers to a refund for the unused portion of any prepaid service period. Services remain active until the end of the paid term unless suspended for policy violations.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at support@cyberwebservice.com with your payment reference and details. We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.
